Cohen, who founded the No Gym Required method (Hallelujah!) and trained me and my husband for our wedding, has appeared on the CW show, “Shedding for the Wedding.” She is currently a body image expert on Dr. Drew’s Lifechangers, as well as a Weight Watchers spokesperson.
