Drew Barrymore married Will Kopelman at her Montecito, California home on June 2, 2012.
The pregnant bride wore a custom muslin and organza wedding dress by Chanel with a tulle flower and feather embroidered skirt. She accessorized with Chanel fine jewelry, including diamond and white-gold “Fil de Camelia” earrings and a vintage “Eventail” cuff.
Her bouquet, by the Velvet Garden, was made of pink peonies, pink garden roses and pink spray roses.
The traditional Jewish wedding ceremony was planned by Yifat Oren and the decor fit into a “backyard wedding” theme with vintage lace, pink flowers and green garlands.
Guests at the nuptials included Reese Witherspoon, Jimmy Fallon, Cameron Diaz and Busy Phillips.
The wedding was officiated by the Kopelman family’s long time rabbi Peter Rubinstein. During the ceremony, Diaz read the E.E. Cummings poem “I Carry Your Heart With Me” while the groom’s twin sister read from “The Velveteen Rabbit.” At the conclusion, Kopelman broke glass and everyone said “Mazel Tov.”
A reception followed where fine food from chefs including Top Chef Masters Naomi Pomeroy and LA restaurant Lucques were served. Wine was poured from the bride’s own label, Barrymore Wines.
A silhouette artist and a black and white photo booth provided entertainment for guests. Children watched movies in a teepee that was set up for the affair.
The newlyweds shared their first dance to “Nobody’s Gonna Love You” by Band of Horses, and The Spazmatics, an ’80s cover band, performed hits the rest of the night.
Escuela Taqueria and the Burger Bus provided late night snacks as the evening began to wind down.
The couple departed in a vintage Mercedes convertible and spent their wedding night at the San Ysidro Ranch.
They honeymooned at Post Ranch Inn in Big Sur.
