Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes were married on April 22, 2011.
The intimate wedding took place at a private estate in Malibu amongst 35 guests.
Rimes wore a custom pearl and paillette encrusted wedding dress by Reem Acra with an art deco brooch by Neil Lane pinned at the waist. She carried a bouquet of cream colored peonies.
Cibrian wore an ivory colored Ermenegildo Zegna coat and black pants.
He was given away by his two sons, Mason and Jake.
The wedding was planned by Heidi Mayne of red25 events and took place under a tree at sunset.
The couple exchanged personal vows and Cibrian presented Rimes with three rose-gold wedding bands by Brent Polacheck. The rings represent the joining of Leann, Eddie and his two children.
They were married by two friends ordained for the occasion.
An Old-Hollywood meets bohemian-themed reception followed where two long tables were set up on the lawn.
Guests held sparklers as the couple shared their first dance to “When it Don’t Come Easy” by Patty Griffin.
For dinner, the menu included black beans and fried plantains, an ode to Cibrian’s Cuban heritage, along with fried mac and cheese balls, chicken and mashed potatoes to honor Rimes’s Southern roots.
For dessert an almond, lemon and coconut cream cake by Sweet and Saucy Shop was served. A candy bar was set up in apothecary jars and featured lollipops, rock candy and sugar sticks.
The newlyweds were sent off in Eddie’s classic Corvette and spent their wedding night at the Malibu Beach Inn.
They honeymooned at Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas.
