Kings of Leon bassist Jared Followill married Martha Patterson at Front Porch Farms in Charlotte, Tennessee.
The rustic wedding took place at the private 32-acre estate on September 29, 2012.
Planned by Sharon Sacks Productions, the couple married in an afternoon ceremony officiated by Pastor Deejay Shoulders.
Martha wore Monique Lhuillier’s “Legend,” a strapless bodice gown with frayed organza and feather embroidered full skirt.
Jared and his groomsmen wore Gucci suits.
At the reception, specialty drinks included a sweet tea vodka called “The Firefly” and a champagne cocktail with aromatic bitters.
Catering by Chefs Market included farm to table cuisine and many of the couple’s favorite dishes.
They shared their first dance as husband and wife to “Ooh Love” by Blaze Foley.
The bride and her mother then danced to the Carrie Underwood tune “Mama’s Song.”
Later in the evening, DJ Devin Lucien spun and guests danced the line dance to “Copperhead Road.”
For dessert, a five tiered strawberry cream cake was served and a fireworks display lit up the sky.
At the end of the evening, each guest took home a jar full of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies.
