Jessica Simpson is getting in shape for her upcoming wedding to Eric Johnson with celebrity trainer Tracey Anderson.

The singer is doing 75-minute workouts 4 days a week.

“She’s seeing results,” a pal tells “She really loves it. She thinks it’s so much fun.”

Anderson’s custom workout for Simpson combines dance aerobics, ab work and strength training.

Jessica “is in the mind-set that this is a big, forever lifestyle shift,” Anderson tells Us.

Nicole Richie also enlisted the help of Anderson to get ready for her December wedding to Joel Madden.
