Kate Bosworth married Michael Polish on August 31, 2013 at Rock Creek Ranch in Montana.
The wedding was planned by Martha Stewart Weddings and mixed Victorian touches with romantic Western influences.
The bride wore a strapless wedding dress by Oscar de la Renta for the mountain top vows. The dress was an ivory radzimir-satin strapless ball gown with a sweeping eight-foot-long, 16-foot-wide train.
The groom wore a three-piece charcoal-colored Brooks Brothers suit.
Guests at the intimate ceremony included actress Lake Bell and husband Scott Campbell.
The couple recited self written vows on a bluff overlooking rolling hills. They exchanged wedding bands by Ocappi, with Bosworth receiving two rings. The first features 18 brilliant baguette diamonds bezel set horizontally, with just over a half-carat of diamond weight. The second boasts 12 scintillating diamond baguettes, one to represent each month of the year.
Following the vows, a reception was held at the property’s Granite Lodge, where local fare was served and music was provided by Kelly Willis and Bruce Robison. Dancing followed in the historic Silver Dollar Saloon.
For the reception, she changed into a second de la Renta gown, a floral embroidered tulle dress with an illusion neckline and scalloped cap sleeves.
The couple chose the location for its privacy and rustic old-world charm. Welcome bags included a burlap tote with the couple’s monogram and locally bottled huckleberry soda.
