Zara Phillips and Mike Tindall / PA
Zara Phillips was the picture of elegant sophistication as she walked down the aisle in a Stewart Parvin wedding dress on Saturday.
Chosen from the wedding boutique White Room in Minchinhampton, the gown was made of ivory duchess silk and ribbed faille with a corseted bodice and princess skirt. The silk faille straps formed a V-shape at the back and bias-cut raw-edged ribbons in silk faille and duchesse satin decorated the neckline.
Zara wore a cathedral length veil and her mother’s Greek Key tiara. Her hair was pulled up in a classic French twist by Evangelos Tsiapkinis from the Mayfair salon MichaelJohn.
